The original Mosaic Cafe & Catering opened in 1994 with the mission to effectively nourish body and soul while preserving the highest level of quality and value. We quickly established a successful presence in the Richmond, Virginia restaurant community and just five years ago, added a sister location in Charleston, South Carolina. Now we are growing again, and with the joined forces of a Suffolk landmark, Holland’s Country Gourmet, we are excited to be a part of Suffolk’s premiere Center for the Cultural Arts. The upscale, eclectic California / Mediterranean atmosphere is designed to provide healthy fare in a quick-casual environment. All aspects of the business are carefully selected to work in harmony.
